Week 9+1 in Japan...
Yea, i failed to update my blog last week and ruined the "odd-numbers" pattern. Does anyone actually know what I am talking about?? LOL. It's a Sunday and weather is sunny in Tokyo. Sunny yet cold. But not freezing. Took out my comforter to sun while there is still precious sunlight. But hey, the sky is turning dark already... =_= i miss the tappuri sunlight back in Singapore. My sunny island. (armed with sunblock lotion and UV-cut brolly of cos)
Woke up early in the morning cos my stomach was churning. Sat inside the toilet for some time. Wanted to puke whatever it is inside that refused to get digested but nothing came out. Forced myself back to sleep. It has been this way since last week. Bloated and uncomfortable. I keep burping... it's irritating. I tot maybe i ate too much that day, but surely one week should solve that?? It better not be food poisoning becos i have yet to figure out where is the nearest clinic. Bleah.
Even though one of the stores having member sale for winter clothes this weekend, i gave up going because too lazy to get out and don't feel well enough to squeeze with the crowd. I bet it will be a losing battle. Plus, i overspent on dinner this week with friends in Tokyo and nomikai with colleagues. It sure is wallet-damaging when you don't drink (while the rest do.. a lot) but they split the bill equally anyway. Hianz... but oh well, guess it's fine since they treat me often too. My colleagues that is. XP
AND T&T WINTERCON STARTS TODAY IN OSAKA!!!
The second show should have started by now. I hope T&T are enjoying themselves. Hisashiburi no concert damon. Ne?? And i will see you guys (and girls) next week. XDD Tanoshimi ni shiteru yo!!! And of cos, our 1st ever NO BORDERS PROJECT HANABI. I think the name (is it official?? Muahha) is so apt!!! T&T would be so proud of us!! Only that... who is getting the raw material aka hanabi??? LMAOOOO.... I imagine all of us finally meeting then staring back at each other with a "now what?" face. Oh my god... that will be hilarious. I havent seen any shops selling hanabi though... doushiyou.... Previously when i came to Japan in summer, it was selling in a lot of places. Like really HUGE bundles of hanabi of all sorts and sizes for 7000+yen!!! Tanoshisou!!!! *Images of BokuMado floods back* And ano.. WHERE are we gonna do this without the residents calling in the keisatsu?? LOL... i actually have no idea if they have any rules with regards to playing hanabi. Because in Singapore, we can only play with those small harmless ones like sparklers. And that's about the only kind of hanabi that's sold openly.
Hmm.. i remember seeing pple play with it beside the river banks and parks. So i guess it's not illegal to play, but pick an open space. I was thinking of the park at Yokohama, called Minato no Mieru Koen or sthg like that. It overlooks the Yokohama Bridge and is really nice!! For those of you who watched Nino's Akimahende drama, it's the park he always goes to when he runs away. LOLL~~~ But we will need to take train to go Yokohama from Shin-Yokohama and then walk a bit. I wonder if we have time. Here in Tokyo, it's absolutely essential to catch the last train because not everyone can just hop onto the cabs and go home!! it's ridiculously EXPENSIVE. Not to mention the additional midnight charge. I think the meter jumps by 120yen at a time after midnight. Osorobeshi... i think if we miss the last train, it's better we hang out at a 24hr family restaurant like Jonathan's and wait for first train!! Less damaging to the already very damaged wallets. Muahhaha.... And then kyah about T&T all night!!! Wakkakakaka.......!!!!!!!!!
Christmas Day by the way, is not a public holiday in Japan. But fret not (im saying this to myself), because i am taking leave on 25Dec so that i can enjoy myself thoroughly on Xmas Eve!!!!! Muahhahahahhahahahaaaaaaaaaaa~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ GIRLS, IKU ZO!!!!
Wanted to upload the pics taken with my camera to my PC this week but bloody hell, i just realised the USB wouldnt transfer from internal memory of phone to PC direct. i need to save the images onto a microSD card in my phone first then the USB cable can transfer the data. Aiyooo... so troublesome... and more $$$. Mou.
And those of you who gave me your Singapore hp numbers because you can auto-roam in Japan, you wanna check with your service provider if you can call to a Japanese number while you are in Japan. Because according to Loracyn, if you are on "pay as you roam" service, you can receive calls in Japan but you cant make outgoing calls to a Japan number. Which is pretty dumb. Not sure what is her service provider... but pls check anyway.
Tsuba has been ganbatteru-ing on his 283 updates these few weeks. And Takki hasn't been updating. At first i thought they are doing it on purpose so that Tsuba can catch up with Takki and they will be on the same volume!! But now Tsuba has overtaken Takki by one. Aahhaha... in any case, i expect them to update tonight after the concert! =D Pls attach a pic!!!!
I saw that T&T on bed together pic (Jan's Myojo) in someone's blog. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! @o@!!!!! i want that pic!!!! Can anyone send me a big enough to be wallpaper version???? i wannnnntttt!!!!!!!
OK, shall go review 2U4U album in next post. Think it is long overdue... and of cos, gotta figure out all the logistics stuff for next week. Where to meet etc... and pack my bag for trip to Taiwan too. Yes.. gg there for business trip and coming back on the day before concert. Oh man.. chou giri giri... my stupid AM kept scaring me, "you are coming back on 23Dec yo". And i just told him plainly, "Jaa, ikanai". And he was saying how can i not consider about priorities... But excuse me, i AM prioritizing!!! LMAOOOOOOO............ Puhlese.... T&T con over Taiwan trip. DO YOU STILL NEED TO ASK???? And then one day i came into office and found someone marked 23Dec on my calendar... "concert". LOLLL!!!!!
Yep, about 75% of my office knows i like Takki now. Including my shachou of course. Ahahha... Can never keep it a secret cos i will always yelp "MY ANATA!!!!" whenever the Amicola or Meiji Choco drink or Complete or Olympus or Zubari ad comes on TV while we are having our bentos during lunch. XDDD

Yess...I know what you're talking about. lolz (odd # pattern w/your week blogs) It's been quite samui here too becuz it just finished raining not too long ago here where I'm at. In Cali, it hardly rains it barely ever snows; only in the mountains. >< I SO miss living in Hawaii. *aahhhh...misses the summer weather now*

Ugh...dun EVEN remind me about how expensive it is eating in Japan. Omygosh, I rem when I last visited back in '99 on a 3 wk. tour to all of Japan. Talk about chotto TAKAI ne?? In Ikebukuro, we tried eating at Macudonarudo and ohhhboy. Jus a Teriyaki cheeseburger was astonishing. lol And a cup of coffee elsewhere at a rest. was too much already. lol Well, at least you're getting some help...splitting the bill that is. XDD
YAAAAAYYY...T&T con started in Osaka!!!! @_@ You're sooo lucky you'll b going soon (next week) to the one in Yokohama. XDD <33333 Take loads of pix ne?? (esp. of Takki-san)
Btw, plez help me out here and I dun mean to sound *baka* but, what is 'hanabi'? Is this playing fireworks or something?? We do that in Hawaii too during New Years. U have to have a permit in order to play, but if u have one, it's quite fun. ^.^
Now, about taking the last train in Tokyo, yesss. Dun get caught not catching it or missing it. You'll regret it later. My friend Maiko told me that if you miss the last train, you have to wait a LONG time. In Tokyo, it stops around midnight or so and doesn't start up again until around 5-6amish or so. lol Ohhh yeaahhh...you can DEFINATELY kyaaaaaaaaaaa about T&T/Takki all night!!!!
And YES, I'm totally aware of Xmas NOT being a holiday in Japan. lol Maiko again told me a VERY SUGOI fact about this. What I didn't know, was that it's supposed to b spent with a 'special someone'. Here in the US, it's spent differently. Well, it's spent with your loved one, yes, but mostly with friends & family and your children. Now that I have a child of my own, I DEF see it mostly as a 'children's holiday'. lol But anyway, she said the people in Japan spend it with someone they're seeing seriously or if they've been in a long relationship with someone (bf/gf).
Gee, that's quite *baka* about the cellphone thing. (for a person with a Sing. # to call in Japan) That's a LOT of money ne? I forgot all about that...

yay~ NO BORDERS PROJECT HANABI! i spoke to loracyn about it last nite, she also told me the main problem is where to get the hanabi! lol~ and i keep thinking of kyon & surumi too! oh, and about counting down to christmas~ kiwi & i are also quite worried abt how to get back after midnight, but we thot there's always an option to book a ktv room rite? juz that, are there ktv rooms in yokohama/shin-yokohama/wherever we're counting down? but now that you mention, we can always hang out at a 24hr restaurant, or book a ktv room! oh, and that park at yokohama sounds gr8 hehe!

YUP, I therefore conclude that HE IS REALLY SUPERHUMAN! XD Enbujou and [ONE] are two completely different musicals though Tackey had performed songs common to both. Enbujou is more of a musical portraying Japanese folklores and myths while [ONE] is focused on Tackey's own life.
...and if you're really, really, really good this year, I think SANTA will make it come true...or Allah....or Buddha.... ^^

Hey Reiko~~~ In case you dont already know, hanabi IS fireworks. *pin pon pin pon!* And of cos we CAN'T take pics during the concert... not openly anyway. Haaa.... Japanese are very strict abt this and they plant staff all over the arena... muri muri. '283' is Tsuba's version of Takki's 'Takizawa Rengou' on J-Web. Takki just caught up with Tsuba and they are on the same volume now, at Vol 227!! XD

Anou SNUFFLES, RIBI, correction, unless the TREY I know is the same person as NAUGHTIEST, I dun think TREY made the digitally enhanced one. It was NAUGHTIEST who made that and maybe TREY just posted it up on her site. Sorry for being OC on this but let's just give credit to where it's due. No offense to TREY of course. Id take that she would understand this completely. Well, unless she really is NAUGHTIEST (just makin' sure XD). I remember this foto posted up at Michelle's site and even Michelle made her own version. MAJOR KYAAAAAAH!!!! Now I was hoping they'd digitally undress the boys *rofl*
