NEWS FLASH~ Tsubasa in Yoshitsune???!?!
What a way to start off my off day from work! I was sleeping way into the day when i finally got up and was checking my mobile phone for messages and saw this one from Carolyn... "OMG! Tsuba is gonna be in Yoshi!!"

My first thought was actually... Is he gonna be a Heike or Genji??? LOL~~~ omg, is this true??? hahahha!!! it will be sooo funny!!!
Demo, after doing some surfing... maji desu yo!!! Wanted to post up Go! Con Report #3 first but aiyooo!!! This news is too HAPPENING to ignore!!! WAKAKKAKAKKAKAKA~~~

1. So he will NOT be after Yoshitsune's life. LMAO~~~ That is good, VERY GOOD news.
2. Best archer???? LMAAAOOOO~~~~ One cannot help but recall scenes from that Hey3 sports challenge episode!!! Where Tsuba totally missed his target that was only how many feet away??? And the busai reactions after that!! Haaahaaaahaaaa~~~~
Apparently, Tsuba SAID during MC Talk during Go! Con that he will be appearing in Yoshitsune (thou i dun recall), but nobody took him seriously! Everyone thought he's just joking again!!! Omg, i can only imagine the sniggering that goes on backstage between the 2 of them...
Tsuba: Yappari fan no minasan don't believe me...
Takki: We'll show them!!!
Oh my goodness, these two boys REALLY know how to SHOCK their fans.... I think Tsuba's appearance is supposed to be like a secret, but there were a couple of fans who stumbled onto the location filming somewhere at Kanagawa and that's how it all barechau! LOL~
Anyway, did some search about this Nasu no Yoichi. Apparently, he makes his appearance during the Battle at Yashima. Yoshitsune launches a surprise attack on the Heike troops at Yashima Island one afternoon in 1185. Shocked at the immensity of the enemy troops, the Heike people jumped into their ships and sailed off. A fierce battle broke out and lasted for many hours. As the sun starts to set, both sides begin to retreat when a Heike ship appears out in sea and draws near the shore. A Heike lady appears and ties this red fan to the ship's mast and beckons to the Genji to try and shoot it down. The folding fan is supposed to "contain the spirit of the Emperor and could cause the enemy arrow to recoil and rain upon the Taira's enemies." (Source from here) The Heike is like issuing a challenge to the Genji. Yoshitsune and his followers figure that it is a ploy to lure them out to sea so they get one of their best archers to shoot it down from the shore.
Nasu no Yoichi is the one who accepted this challenge. It was a tough challenge as the winds were strong and the target that was soooo far out in sea was moving due to the waves. But Yasu no Yoichi rode out into the sea bravely on his horse, says a prayer to calm the waters and releases his arrow. It hits the fan and splits in at the mast.
So much for the Emperor's divine protection...

Oh, i mean, Yoshitsune is Nasu's master!! LMAO~~~~
Anyway, as a result of this incident, Nasu no Yoichi is remembered in history as one of the legendary archers... omg, Tsuba!! Are u trying to make us forget about your stint on Hey3 by taking on immensely contrasting roles??? Haaahahahahhaha~~~ Mou ii. We will never forget that no matter what you do... Or are you gonna take on a Pangu role next to make us forget that struggle you had with the shot-put iron ball?? XDDDD
But apparently during filming, the winds were strong. They tried to film Tsuba shooting from his horse while inside the waters but the waves proved too much of a challenge. So I think they filmed him shooting from land instead... dunno, mebe the way the framed the scene, we wun be able to tell the difference... But anyway, Tsuba on a horse!!! And in samurai gear!!! Woohooo~~~ This I gotta see... i wonder which epi it will be in!!! Hahahhaha~~~
